Michal describes in 4 different languages how his life runs between four different countries trying to give an answer to the question of where is he from. To give this question an answer the film tries to approach two fundamental subject matters: the construction of the memory and the identity. Michal is not a visitor, is not a nomad, he is an inhabitant with a strong commitment and it is across this commitment, which constructs the statement of his memory. The film does not try to be any more than a portrait, a portrait of someone that already exists. The interpreter is also the character portrayed while constructing a speech across his memory. A person who tries to give a response to a very simple question: where am I from?
